Return/Cancellation policy
All Sales are Final. Returns are only allowed if customer contacts us within 30 days of purchase and request a RMA# for return. Live-Tech holds the right to issue RMA# or Decline request. If RMA# request is granted a restocking fee of 15% may be applied to the return. if RMA# is not approved customer will not hold the rights to return any merchandise purchased through Live-Tech or www.mylive-tech.com. Order Cancellation must be filled no later then 72 hours after purchase, if order is cancelled after 72 hours a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Shipping policy
Most orders ship within 1-3 Business days. Orders paid by check or money order usually take longer because we wait for all funds to compensate before shipping any merchandise. We use FedEx Express Overnight to ship everything in our store. For Talkswitch orders more then $1,000.00 dollars it is necessary we file a FEIN or FID number for customs purposes.
